Built in Boston in 1767 she was sea worthy far beyond her size of 51 feet. The Royal Navy bought her in 1768 and she became Britain's most effective weapon in the fight against smugglers.

Carved basswood hull with tapered masts and booms. Using laser cut basswood parts. Plank-scored decking, The fittings include wooden blocks and deadeyes, Eight brass cannons mounted on wooden gun carriages. Instructions are written in English, complete with many diagrams to aid construction.
